We have all heard that writing down what we want in our notebooks will help us manifest what we want in the future!

Somehow that is true, but is it the only thing that we need to do?

I have been working on myself since last week when I came across one of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s videos. Dr. Joe Dispenza is an author, doctor of chiropractic, and international speaker. On his social media profiles, he describes he describes himself as a “ researcher of epigenetics, quantum physics, and neuroscience”. Right now I am reading one of his books named ‘Becoming Supernatural’.

He inspired me to be lost in the world of becoming nobody and no one!

We all are drowned in social media, Tiktok, and the world of materials. It is good to sit and act with your body in a way that it is your pet, and you need to teach it how to react! ( adapted from Dr. Joe Dispenza’s speech.)

Your emotions dictate your body what to do and if you can’t take control of putting down your cell phone, it means that animal (your body) is taking over you. Like the picture below. You are no longer a mind but a body full of negative emotions.

Living in the past!

Most of us have got the habit of romancing our past which leads us to negative thoughts that are not even that real!

Being addicted to living in the past is the worst-case scenario most people are enjoying that because at least we can predict the future! Not Feeling fulfilled misleads us to feel victimized, guilty, or unworthy. You ask them not to put their concentration in the past, they will tell you this is too hard I can’t change, It is my father’s fault, it is my mother’s fault, as a result, they will give their power to that specific person.

If you are living in the past you can’t expect to change your future. Nothing changes until you change.

Take your attention from everyone and put that on you.

Mediation is the key to all negative emotions, anger, phobia, jealousy, stress, and losing someone. I am in my healing process right now and I am enjoying myself, I am living in the present and also took all my concentration from negative people consequently my focus is on my life. After being on a difficult path last year I have seen the urge to change my mind! The fact of the matter is that we can’t change everybody and I don’t have the time for that, paying attention to mysterious people is like living under stress.

Sometimes I listened to these people and I was like, what is inside of their brain?!

Now I have taken my attention from them and gained power again. I know if I change my personality which changes my personal reality, and the outcome will be, not being among them anymore they will fade away from my life besides my mind manifests the people I like to be with.

I am surrounding myself right now with a lot of mentally healthy and energetic people in my meditations.

I am going to write another blog just after this one about how I overcame one of my phobias by getting off the attention of those who are annoying.

Within only 6 days I turned into a creator rather than a nagging annoying person who was concentrating and giving power to abnormal people. If I want to be honest, I turned into a super abnormal person!
